Adding on to this unique corner building was a design puzzle astutely solved by Architect Daniel Pratt.

Traditional New England architecture is enhanced to accommodate this commercial building nestled into the convergence of a 120 degree intersection.  This solution is unique in that the facades of the building each face the street in front.  Resolving the site challenge of this project is a testament to the RCWA’s creative approach to unique site requirements.
