Hawk Inn and Mountain Resort

This Hawk Resort is one of several Hawk and sister communities that dots the land along Vermont's Scenic Route 100 Highway.

Hawk Inn and Mountain Resort River Valley in Plymouth, VT is the center of a planned community.  It is an experience of environmentally advanced living comprised of a commodious and welcoming atmosphere for vacation, and year round homes situated on the slopes of the Green Mountains.  The resort consists of three distinct areas:  The Hawk Inn, the hawk style homes (both standard and custom) and the townhouses called the Ledges (grouped from two to four homes each).  All of which designed and planned by RCWA; to serve home owners and guests alike with both a sense of community and privacy. 

The brainchild of Robert Carl Williams and his childhood friend Hugh Kopalo; these communities now exist under their respective home owner associations with a continued respect for the environment, the mountain scapes and the solitude those of us living in Vermont have come to enjoy.
