Home Design Projects At a Glance

Small home plans for communities on Vermont hillsides and valleys are what jump started our vision of an architectural alternative to motel living in the resort towns of Vermont.

Although we continue to design small homes, our custom designs evolved in size and scope to accommodate expanding families and guests.

For more than 50 years RCWA has designed homes that appreciate close and distant views, maximize energy efficiency and contain exciting, yet practical spaces such as fireplaces and sitting areas that please and delight.  Fine design is about space planning and exquisite details.
