and community design. The principals include its president, Daniel J. Pratt, A.I.A. and its founder, Robert Carl Williams. They have become famous for their unique home designs and sensitive siting, having designed and master planned six colonies in Vermont inclusive of over 500 homes, as well as numerous commercial facilities and renovation projects. Budget is an important consideration. The architect's task lies in composing the site, its boulders and trees, views and sunlight, with the client's needs and objectives, all within set financial limits. The blend thus created is the basis of our firm's architecture.
